The essence of your Mediterranean,
now alcohol-free.
At Batllegroup, we partnered with Celler del Pescador to bring the winery’s new project to life:
Blanc Pescador 0.0. As part of the Perelada group, the winery was committed to innovation to meet the growing demand for non-alcoholic wines. Our challenge was not only to launch a non-alcoholic product, but to design a concept that would legitimize the sparkling wine category, elevating it from a “substitute alternative” to a lifestyle choice. All of this, without losing the brand’s fresh and carefree character.
A brand architecture aligned with the evolution of Blanc Pescador
The introduction of an alcohol-free variant into the Blanc Pescador range required a strategic balance within the brand architecture. The aim was twofold: to encourage new consumers to try the product and to ensure that it integrated naturally into the parent brand’s portfolio. To achieve this, we retained the essence of Blanc Pescador, ensuring that the 0.0 was not perceived as a standalone product, but rather as a coherent evolution within the brand’s DNA.
A design inspired by the Mediterranean.
The Insight: Redesigning the Experience 0.0
At Batllegroup, we developed the visual identity
for Blanc Pescador 0.0 to reflect the brand’s positioning: its Mediterranean essence, adapted to new consumer habits. We designed the new product based on the brand’s iconic elements—the fisherman and the sun—emphasizing minimalist illustrations and solid colors with a more evocative approach.
The fisherman, a central figure in our brand identity, adopts a more relaxed attitude, enjoying the moment without regret. In this way, we directly appeal to the insight of the 0.0 consumer: the desire to experience the social ritual of sparkling wine without the effects of alcohol. We elevate the 0.0 from being a mere piece of information to becoming an integral part of the scene, integrating it into the visual narrative so that the consumer feels they are not giving up the Blanc Pescador experience, but rather rediscovering it.
