The challenge
An ingredient which is a world unto itself. Marron glacé. A world of tradition, savoir faire and an unquestionable international projection. Respecting heritage while projecting it into a gourmet territory.
The strategy
Building a brand by iconizing the ingredient and reinterpreting the heritage of the brand. A bond to the land of origin, Galicia, with centenary knowledge: “Master of Galicia”. Different renderings for different channels: Select vs Natural. With the product always to the fore: highly polished slides and photographs.
